Mendenhall Lake Self Guided Paddle ?

Has anyone done the Above and Beyond Self-Guided Mendenhall Paddle??

It looks really cool but I was curious if you can dock and check out the visitor center at the glacier and walk around??

Call them, I recalled asking about this, but forgot their answer as that and the distance, my time limits made me decide against this and just visiting the center and doing something else.

 

It does look fun, weather and interest being aligned.

Yes, you should have enough time to portage and go to the visitor's center. We spent about 30 minutes there and even watched the short video. I highly recommend this company for any excursion. You won't regret booking this self-guided paddling trip.
