However one thing I'm already unimpressed by is the online extras booking engine. If you try to book restaurants or entertainment, it lets you think there is availability for everything until you get to the checkout stage. This is no good if you're trying to combine entertainment and dinner reservations as you can end up with one booked and not the other. Then cancelling something requires a phone call. You can't book entertainment for people in other cabins but you can make dinner reservations. The system claims conflicts that aren't there. Its twice forgotten my confirmed Cirque booking. Once forgot every confirmed and checked out restaurant booking. Sorry NCL but that system is a bit rubbish, especially compared to the competition. Hope it gets upgraded soon.
