3 nights on Azura - Formal / Casual etc

If you have been on a real short trip like this which type of nights should we expect? Do P&O advise in advance to assist with packing?

When you print off your E-Ticket it will tell you what nights you have. I have done a 3 nighter before, (On Aurora) and I think we had 1 formal and 2 smart casual. You will definatly have a formal night on the second night of the cruise, even 2 nighters have a formal night.
