The point for the above is to get OUT of the "downtown" areas. There is plenty to see and do, if you can get past the shopping. Key is to be well prepared and have plans. OMG!!!:eek: There is 20x more to Ketchikan then the downtown area around the cruise ship dock. If that's all you experience your missing out on a lot.
