Are the cabin stewards on Carnival male, female or both?

Next time you are not sure tell them you are the ship's Dr and need to give them a physical.

I've always had male but the assistant was female a couple of times. But I've seen both.

I have had a mix of both. Jose, Oka (Liberty 08 and Freedm 09), and Zoran were amazing stewards! We had a woman on the Conquest who was amazing, she treated us so well and she always left a little something for my niece (who was 10). The steward for the Glory was truly a ninja and amazing....
