Nassau/Paradise Island--Breezes?

First time to Nassau on 7/19 cruise on Majesty of the Seas.

Is Paradise Island where we will be in Nassau when we dock? I guess I don't understand the 'lay of the land'.

We were interested in going to Breezes and taking advantage of the 'all-inclusive' day pass there. I've been reading reviews that it is run down. Has anyone been there in the last few weeks?

Our other option was Atlantis. Again, I see the excursion on the ship and it sounds like you only spend the day at the beach, not the actual water park place. Is that correct?

When you dock you will be on Nassau. There is a large bridge that you can go over and then you are on Paradise Island. Its not far at all. When you dock, you will see an island next to you and will even see Atlantis...thats Paradise Island
