Expect up to $1.50/min finally. Connection will be slow but not the timer.

Best value is 250 minutes plus 20 minute bonus for $100, if you are going to use the internet a lot, the speed is acceptable for a remote service, the problem is people stupidly expect it to be as fast as broadband based services. My advice, use it very early or very late.
