Fuji Z33wp

I bought a Fuji Z33wp (waterproof) camera yesterday at a smoking deal. So smoking, in fact, that I didn't check everything out and it is missing the charger. I have the battery, cords, camera, but no charger.

 

I called the store and they don't sell a charger. Do most stores sell a charger? Do they cost alot? I checked the Fuji website and I saw one for $60?:eek: For that, I can return the camera and buy it somewhere else.

 

So frustrated right now!

I would take it back, if possible. If the charger is missing, I would be worried that there might be something wrong with the camera (perhaps explaining the "smoking deal").

 

Just curious, where did you get it, and was the box sealed or shrinkwrapped?

I'm going to take it back tomorrow. I bought it at WallyWorld. The box wasn't shrinkwrapped. It was a deal because they dont' carry the Z33 anymore, just the new Fuji waterproof. :(

I would think they should be responsible, even on a special blow out deal, for giving you all of the parts that originally come with the camera. Unless they were selling it as a 'used, as-is' type sale. Any new product should be complete. The charger is included with the camera, so I'd try to get them to either exchange it for another box with charger included, or supply you with the charger. No money should come out of your pocket for that!

 

If they cannot, then I'd return it and get money back, since the missing item should have been there. That leaves you without a WP camera, or having to spend more on another...but the one you have won't get you very far without a charge!

Thanks for the help. This was the only one left and they don't carry chargers. I already called another store and they don't have the camera. Guess I'm outta luck...:mad:
