What times are cabins ready on the Dream? 1pm or 130pm?

1:30 - they did let us drop our carry on bags in the room prior to that - probably helped that we rounded up our cabin steward and pre-tipped a little bit that day.

The time we have been able to go to our cabin has pretty much been different on every cruise. We will usually board the ship shorty after the start boarding. Our first cruise you could go drop off your carry ons. One they simplly ask that you don't go to your stateroom until they annouce that you were aloud too. Another they had the door secure at all the elevators so you couldn't even get in the hallways. On our last cruise all the staterooms were ready when we boarded.
