Checking luggage in Venice

Does anyone know if there is a place to check luggage in Venice at the end of our cruise. We are a family of four and want to rent a car (possibly A-class Mercedes) and I am afraid there won't be room for all of our luggage. We are travelling for 3 days at the end of the cruise and then flying home, so we really just need a small bag for the 3 days.

Odds are you'll be picking your car up at Piazzale Roma; there is a left luggage office there where you can check your bags.
