Jogging track on Ventura

Can anyone pleae confirm whether it is possible or not to jog round the outside decks on Ventura? I enjoy a run in the mornings, and would like to do it in the open air rather than on a running machine in the gym. Thanks

There is no deck that does a complete circuit of the ship. The promenade deck has stairs at the bow where you are supposed to go up, round the bow and down the other side onto the prom deck again, but over Christmas these stairs were always cordoned off and out of bounds.
