Need Help: SB versus O

Looking closely at a 14 day Med on Odyssey or a similar 12 day on one of O's ships in the fall of '11. Having been on O several times, but never SB, I need some honest thoughts on the 2 products particularly in the areas of food, staff and general treatment of passengers.

For those on the CC boards that have cruised on both, can you share your opinions?
