They can cruise, if they share a cabin, but their friends can't, you have to have someone 21 or older in a cabin.
Sue L Posted July 19, 2010 #3 Share Posted July 19, 2010 This is the exact policy and they ARE strict No guest under the age of twenty-one (21) will be reserved in a stateroom unless accompanied by an adult twenty-one (21) years of age, or older. This age limit will be waived for minor children sailing with their parents or guardians in adjacent staterooms or under-aged married couples (proof of marriage is required). So every room would need a 21 year old in it or a parent nearby.

Sue L Posted July 20, 2010 #5 Share Posted July 20, 2010 hi sue how are you? thanks for the answer. do you know if this is universally held on all cruise lines? while we love rc...they are just a bunch of guys:D Hi Carnival is worse ALL in the room have to be 21 OR 1 has to be 25, NCL is bad also. They don't want a bunch of underage kids unsupervised on board
Happy ks Posted July 20, 2010 #6 Share Posted July 20, 2010 Cruise lines have learned the hard way to disallow just a bunch of guys (or girls) who are under age to cruise with them sans adult supervision. Your son and his brother would be fine to cruise together, all the others would be fine as long as there is someone over the age of 21 in each cabin. Not to mention the person over 21 is held responsible for the under age persons behavior and actions. A little off topic and not meant to be a lecture....but.... My husband has a client whose son and friends were put off the ship in Mexico (I think it was a Carnival ship) a couple years back. They were just having fun, partying, drinking and throwing chairs overboard. It cost them all plenty, thankfully none of the parents bailed them out and paid their return airfare, they all had to come up with the money themselves. Expensive and embarrassing.
