Rocking Mutant Posted July 21, 2010 #1 Share Posted July 21, 2010 Anyone stayed in an obstructed cabin? I'm on the Arcadia this year and in E112 Is there any daylight? I'm looking forward to my cruise but would appreciate some opinions good or bad? Thanks
mike x ftc Posted July 21, 2010 #2 Share Posted July 21, 2010 Just got back, we had E94 and we were thrilled with it. We usually have a balcony but this was only a weekender. The windows are full length floor to ceiling and let it loads of light, we could see round the side of lifeboat so could see the sea. You can also see over the top of the boats if you are tall or you can stand on the bed and see clearly. Some windows only had mechanism so good views, other had a whole boat - just pot luck. I thought the cabin was lovely, well laid out, lots of storage and very tastefull - it even had a little bath!! I'm sure you wont be disappointed. Mermaid110 Posted July 25, 2010 #4 Share Posted July 25, 2010 We've an obstructed view on Arcadia for our next cruise, so it's good to hear that there is plenty of light in the cabin.
crick118 Posted July 25, 2010 #5 Share Posted July 25, 2010 We had E117 on Arcadia in 2008 and it was fine. Plenty of light. We could actually see through the Lifeboats! We're having a balcony next week so lets hope the weather in the Baltic keeps fine. Enjoy your cruise:):)
