My family and I are going to GC on a Carnival Cruise and are looking at stopping at 7 mile beach. There will be 13 of us and we want lots to do. What kind of activities are there on 7 mile beach? If you book the excursion through Carnival what is all included? If you don't book through the cruise ship what is the best way to go and how much? Any other advice or activites that we should do? Thanks so much!

There are taxi busses that will take you there for about $4 per person. They had jet skis, kayaks, parasailing, snorkeling, aqua bikes, all sorts of stuff. Sea Grape beach has food and chairs for rent and have all the water stuff mentioned above. Sorry, don't know about the ship sponosored excursions.

Just like TheWog said. The chair rental at SeaGrape was $10 per chair which included a bottle of water or soda. If you want to just use your beach towels, just walk a little to the left and there is no charge to use the beach and you can still buy food a the stand.
