Snorkel, fish, jet ski Mazatlan/Cabo

What's the best place/way to do these activities? We would like to do some of these things, but aren't sure what the best way to do them is?

Snorkeling: Anyone know of a good tour? Usually we don't use the ship's excursion, but rather book them on our own. Where is the best place to snorkel?

 

Fishing: Anyone know of a good fishing excursion/charter? Anyone know of a combo fish/snorkel excursion?

 

Jet ski: I have seen that in Mazatlan you can rent jet skis off the beaches of the hotels in the golden zone. Anyone recommend a certain hotel versus another to go to? Would you buy a day pass or just buy food/drinks on your own and spend the time there? What's the easiest way to get there? cost of getting there?

 

I am completely clueless about these 2 ports and would love any advice you have to offer!

We were at El Cid hotel with the day pass, there is a beach sack on the beach you can rent jet ski, they also offer scuba and snorkerling tour.

Where did you get the El Cid day pass? What exactly did this allow you to do? How much is the taxi ride there?
