Beverage package and speciality dining

Hi, we are thinking of the Classic Alcoholic package, but we were wondering if you can use the package in the Speciality dining rooms i.e. the tuscan grille.

if you can then great if not then it makes the prices a bit steep if you want to eat in them other than the main dining room.
