What exactly is a Navigator's balcony?

What exactly is a Navigator's balcony? :confused:

The description I found says it's an enclosed balcony with nautical touches. I can't find a picture, so I can't imagine it. Has anyone had one of these and cares to enlighten me?

Take a look at this web page. Inkognito is a member here and has been on MANY DCL cruises. They have pictures of just about everything. From the main page click on Photo Pages, Then on the far right there is a link for Navigator Verandahs.

They are not "enclosed" they just have a solid bottom and a smaller top opening, but they are open air. You will see what I mean when you look at the pictures :) Hubby and I LOVE the Navigator Verandahs. They are fun with all the additional themeing that has been added
