Venice museum passes

Has anyone used venicelink.com for discounted museum passes? They have one with a senior rate that would suit our needs nicely. I want to be sure the pass is good for US seniors, as I've seen on another Venice travel web site that their senior rates were only for European seniors. I've emailed venicelink twice but haven't gotten any response.

 

We are also thinking of getting our vaporetto pass thru them.

 

Would appreciate hearing experiences others have had with venicelink.
