Extra Cost on Oasis

I just sailed NCL's Epic...First time on NCL and I couldn't believe all the EXTRA charges...I've sailed RCCL a few times as well as other lines and I can't remember if RCCL charges for everything too, especially on these new larger ships....

 

Example of extra charges: kids really racked up their room keys with these charges:

 

playing pool

bowling

air hockey

 

12+ restaurant with high cover fees 2 free restaurants plus buffet

 

What's your overall opinion of this ship and the things to do on it that are FREE...What activities cost $$$

There are extras on any ship; however, you could go your whole cruise and not pay anything extra on the Oasis. Flowrider is free, rock climbing wall, shows, food, zip line, etc. If you CHOOSE to have steak at Chops it will cost more or if you choose to drink, that too will cost more but you can get through the whole cruise with no extra costs, if ya wanted to :D
