Alaska in July - which itinerary is best

We are planning on booking Alaska on Princess for the last week in July 2011. Which itinerary/ship is best and why? Thanks for your comments

S/B from Whittier.

Because of Glacier Bay/College Fjord.

Because the Island/Coral are excellent choices due to their pass to space ratio. ;)

We just got off the 10-day roundtrip from San Francisco on Sea Princess. We had a great time. Sailing from San Francisco was a major consideration for us.

I agree in the Island/Coral but I would also recommend either N/B or S/B on the Diamond. We did a BTB Vancouver to Whittier to Vancouver on both the Coral and the Diamond (twice) and all three BTB were great. Diamond goes to Glacier Bay and College Fiord as well.
