Genoa late lunch

Anyone have any reccos for a late lunch in Genoa. Most places are only open for lunch till 2pm (with last orders around 1:30) and don't open again till 7:00p at the earliest. Nothing fancy, but maybe some CCers have found a place "off the grid"
