"Getting hitched" on South Beach pre cruise..need walmart!

We are getting married on South Beach the morning of our Valor honeymoon cruise. Oct 24!! Yea..so excited! Super simple wedding..just the two of us and the minister at sunrise. Would really like to have maybe some decorated tiki torches or poles of some sort in the sand to mark our wedding spot. Is there a walmart type store in or near South Beach(we are flying in from SC,staying at the oceanfront Catalina the whole day before,so have plenty of time to shop. Need silk flowers and ribbon and tiki torch or poles of some sort. Does anyone know that area well enough to give us suggestions?(the local wedding planners wanted too dang much money for something so simple..$250!)
