Booking restaurants and entertainment

I was reading a thread about e-docs because mine is 'pending' and there was some mention of booking restaurants and entertainment . These threads were recent (past month).

 

So here is my question: Can you book (online) restaurants and entertainment for any Ship/Sailing or just for the Epic?

I believe that advance booking of restaurants is only for the Epic.

 

There are no other NCL ships that charge for entertainment, so there are no reservations on the other ships for any of the entertainment.

 

Bottom line: this is Epic only and only for certain restaurants and entertainment on the Epic.

Doesn't the Pearl charge for and take reservations for the bowling alley?
