No, he has assistants that read all mail sent to bdickinson@carnival.com.

People just feel like they are going up the chain of command by sending email to that addy.

No, that email address, as well as the other, probably gets 1000's of emails a day, I'm sure someone in his position has other things that occupy his time, LOL! There are MANY people paid to handle customer service issues... I have received 3 emails from "Bob" :rolleyes: All about the same thing, but written differently, each about 1 month apart, and all from a different email address... humorous, but nice to at least have a letter acknowledged by anyone...
