Does Royal's new policy about not being able to get a price adjustment after final payment is made refer to when final payment is due or when it actually made? I am curious because I usually make my final payment for a cruise at least a week before it is due.

You can still get an adjustment in the form of an OBC if you booked prior to June.

Actually you had to book before they instituted the new rules on May 17th. If made before that date, then you are grandfathered into the old rules. If booked after that the new ones
