Wheelchair-friendly beaches?

Any recommendations on a beach that is wheelchair friendly? Meaning...parking lot on one side, ramp to the bar that overlooks the beach, sand in front?

Pedro's, on Orient, comes to mind. You can certainly have the taxi get within less than 20 feet of their deck from the parking lot, and though I don't remember a ramp, I believe any step up into their restaurant is a VERY short step coming from that direction. Great view of Orient Bay.
