If you want a bed and decent breakfast at a good price check out La Casa di Amy. It is an easy walk with rolling luggage to Termini.

I revert to my old standby, Hotel Raffaello, small family run hotel with excellent breakfast, 3 blocks from Termini. Well regarded on TA.
