lexxfield Posted June 12, 2004 Author #4 Share Posted June 12, 2004 Hi Tomcat. Strangely enough, Royal Caribbean would not release the email addresses of the loyalty ambassador to me when I called yesterday. Once the search function is operational, I'll be able to find it. Had the addresses once, but managed to delete it from my computer.
Diane&4girls Posted June 12, 2004 #5 Share Posted June 12, 2004 I do, but if you contact them directly, you could get the LA in hot water and susequently terminated. They are ONLY allowed to have contact with guest on a current sailing. This policy was implemented last fall when it was determined that some were in constant contact with guest and booking cabins for them although the guest weren't on a ship at the time. If you do manage to convince someone to give you the email adresses, PLEASE don't post it here, that is how the LAs got busted last time! lexxfield Posted June 12, 2004 Author #6 Share Posted June 12, 2004 Diane: Thanks for the warning. I had not realized that there was a policy change last fall that forbid the ambassador from being contacted off ship. I will be discreet about this in the future. I contacted one of them last summer and there didn't appear to be any problem then.
Diane&4girls Posted June 12, 2004 #7 Share Posted June 12, 2004 I know you didn't know. I got caught up the whole mess with a friend who is a LA and she was helping out my clients and Blah, blah, blah... That's why the new policy was implemented.
