Cabin Question

I just got my room for The Glory in March. It was a Balcony Guarantee. It had a * on it in the online Carnival diagram and looks slightly smaller than the rooms surrounding it. The description for the * says Stateroom with 2 Porthole Windows. What does that mean? Did we get the shaft?

Well, Frank, a balcony is a far cry from a 2-porthole cabin. I'd get back w/my booking agent and make sure you've got a balcony guarantee.

Uh, why are you looking at a specific cabin on the diagram if you booked a 'guarantee'???
