Day at the beach in Cabo

Does anyone know of any hotels that are cruise ship passenger friendly? I don't mind paying a user fee to use their facilities for the day but haven't seen anyone mention anywhere. We are there the beginning of March and would love to spend some time on a beach where we can get lunch, drinks etc. Thanks for the help. Marg
