AOS rooms overlooking Royal Promonade

Recommended Posts

We have a hold on two interior rooms (that connect--we have kids)over looking the Royal Promonade on AOS. Any disadvantages (noise etc)to this location? Any advantages to this category rather than just a regular interior stateroom?

Advantages: You have a window to look out of and also can have a good view of the parades. Also, the window area is made into a window seat.

Disadvantages: If you open the curtains, people can see in. Some rooms are more visible than others. They do have parades a couple of times a week on the promenade which can be heard, but they only last 10-15 minutes and depending on where your room is it may not be an issue at all.
