A family member is getting off of Monarch of the seas the day I am getting on. Is there any way they can have room attendant put a bucket of beer in room and decorate for BF'S birthday surprise???? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks in advance

If you go to the RCI Website and in the yellow banner across the top find Deals & Gifts. When the drop down menu appears click on Gifts & Gear and then find Celebrations.

Check the Royal site as mentioned above. They do a great job with the decorations.

The bucket of beer, is what i was really going for. BF doesn't drink wine or champagne, so i figured mom could leave a couple buckets in the room for him. rc doesn't offer beer in the celebrations..

It is so crazy on board the last morning, all I can think - you mom might want to scout out the cabin steward for your room during her cruise and chat with him and find out if they can swing it.

If you want to order decorations they're really helpful, I'd call to order and ask about the possibility of getting beer sent. If not have your family member check with Guest Relations when they're on about having that left for him.

I don't see why you could not do it.

You would have to do a little work like knowing his cabin number and meeting up with his cabin attendant. You could purchase the beer ahead of time and have his cabin attendant put it in his cabin. A good tip for the trouble will help.

If you tip the right people well enough, you should be able to do it. Maybe talk to either Guest Relations, or the Head of the Cabin Stewards.
