Form Problem with Blue Lagoon

I reserved independently to go to Blue Lagoon on 21 August. Our ship doesn't get in until 10:00 so it's most likely we will not make the 10:30 ferry. Is it worth going there if I take the 12:30 ferry? There are 4-5 ships in port that day and I'm afraid that by then, it will be way crowded. Thoughts?

 

Also, the form they sent me is "winmail.dat" and does not download to my computer. Has anyone else had this problem? Is it fixable?
