Hotel alert for weekend of 4/9/05 in L.A.

Just a heads up for any of you sailing out of Long Beach or San Pedro the weekend of April 9th. The Long Beach Grand Prix is that weekend (Friday - Sunday). So if you haven't booked a hotel yet you should do so ASAP! It's a huge event and the hotels in the area will sell out.

 

Plus, for those of you race fans arriving a day early you could possibly go to the pre-qualifying races on Friday and Saturday if you are interested. It's even possible to maybe catch part of the main event on 4/10 before boarding the ship!
