Hey all, it's been a while since our last cruise- 3 years? Last was Eastern Carib-Valor and had a wonderful time. Balcony Aft

This one we are taking our godchildren again and ages are 20 and 17. I'm pretty sure we need both parents Noterized Sigs for 17 year old but what about 20 yr old? Is he of age?

Also we are getting our first suite which means express check in. When is the best time to take advantage of this perk? If I remember correctly, the last time we departed LA, with regular rooms, we went to the Queen Mary, prechecked, and then strait to check in which took maybe 5 minutes which was 20 times faster than pre Queen Mary check in.

Any and all info will help-Thanks
