Segways in Cabo?

We are signed up for the Segway in Cabo on our upcoming cruise. We did the segway in SJU in April and LOVED IT! So much fun. Typically you are given about a 30 minute instruction period and then off you go. They are very easy to operate. It is a great way to see the sights. We also had arranged a segway in Cozumel but unfortunately after the instructions were done it started to rain and we could not finish the tour. The segways cannot run well in the rain. Celebrity did refund our cost, which was nice.

You are going to have a fun time on the segway.

When are you cruising?

We leave next Sunday 8/29 on the Mariner...Can hardly wait..Thanks for the information..I will report back when we get home on the Segways.. It is something we had always wanted to do, but it had not been offered on MR..they have just added them in Cabo..

Hopefully, someone else will report in that has experienced them in Cabo..:D

We did the segway tour in Cabo in July. We had previously done the tour in San Juan as well. The tour in Cabo is fun, but is really more of a ride-around-town than a tour. You do get to ride them inside the Plaza Paradiso mall (which was a great way to cool down!) and up and down the streets of the shopping area. I would recommend it, although you should know that there's not that much to see. Just enjoy the ride.

Here are a couple of pictures!

I did not know that there was a Segway tour in Cabo!

That's great. I'll do a search.

DW and I will be in Cabo in 16 days.

We've had Segways for 3 years now, and absolutely love them!

I have over 1000 miles on mine!

Even our grandkids (10 & 14) love them.

If there were any way to smuggle them aboard the plane, we would take them along.
