Britnatize Posted August 24, 2010 #1 Share Posted August 24, 2010 Does anyone know if there is a way to find out what entertainment line up will be on a particular sailing? We sail the Fantasy out of Charleston on September 1st. Thanks!!!
*Mach* Posted August 24, 2010 #2 Share Posted August 24, 2010 Other than the shows that are currently on the ships there is no long term schedule for comedians, etc... :)

Rare richstowe Posted August 24, 2010 #8 Share Posted August 24, 2010 Thanks as usual Host Mach. You provide wonderful info and it is appreciated. I do have 2 questions. Do the people at Carnival get annoyed at all the info you request or do they realise the valuable service you provide for them? The other question is do you have similar relationships besides Carnival to the other brands of CCl and even outside CCL. Please forgive me if this is off-topic and too personal. golfadj Posted August 24, 2010 #9 Share Posted August 24, 2010 I have seen a thread that contains the production shows by ship but not for several months.

I'm sure that from time to time they get a bit tweaked at me because on occasions I'm not on Carnival's side. If you remember the locked luggage thing and the power strip issue you'll understand that. However, for the most part, they cooperate gladly. They know that an informed passenger is more likely to enjoy the experience than one who is surprised or blindsided by something new or different... I don't have any relationship with other Carnival PLC companies. Heck, I can barely keep up with Carnival! :)

Readyforvacation2010 Posted August 29, 2010 #13 Share Posted August 29, 2010 We just got off the Fantasy this past Friday...I had seen Fantasy Fun Times for a cruise 2 weeks prior to ours and compared to the cruise we were on...it was almost exactly the same. There will be a welcome aboard show with the Fantasy Dancers featuring Nick and Naomi (Naomi is not very good) and then a comedian (who will also do an adults only late show)...the other night there was a juggler/comedian and then the last day at sea we had a magician/comedian and a comedian (Al Ernst) that also did an adults only show. Around the ship there are other opportunities for entertainment - pianist, band in lounge, karoake and they have entertainment in the bar right outside the casino..which is VERY loud and can cause a traffic jam of people due to the design of the ship. They had a lot to pick from...although they could have utlized some of their spaces a little better. The other "big" production show was Ticket to Ride..a tribute to the Beatles. It was ok.....
