Would like to DIY for Nice and Eze. Would someone be able to give be simple instructions for:

1. How to get to Nice from port of Villerfranche?

Bus 100 (every 20 minutes on Sunday)

or Bus 81 (every 30 minutes on Sunday)

Octroi is the name of the stop in Villefranche which is next to the tender terminal.

2. Once in Nice, how far and how to get to the old town and flower Market(be there on Sunday)?

The Gare Routière (Bus Terminal) is located in the heart of the Old Town (Vieux Nice) (between Place Garibaldi and Place Masséna). That's why you should not take the train!

Best would be to have this plan with you:

The Flower Market (Marché aux fleurs) is located Cours Selaya:

3. How to get from Nice to Eze?

Back to Gare Routière and then by Bus 82

4. How to get from Eze back to cruise Pier?

Four ways:

Back with Bus 82 to the upper level of Villefranche and walk down to the water-level.

or

Back with Bus 82 to Nice and then back with Bus 81 or 100 again.

or

Bus 83 to Eze Bord de Mer and then with Bus 100 back to Villefranche again.

or

take a cab for 35.00 EUR (in 2008).

As the section to/from Eze will be the bottleneck I would highly recommend to do Eze first and have it more relaxed in Nice as there the services back to Villefranche are very frequent.
