Can a 33 mo old participate in kids club activities without a parent?

I believe sometimes they will make an exception if the child is completely potty trained, meaning no help whatsoever. They have mini toilets and sinks in the club but the child has to be able to go in unassisted, use the potty, redress, wash hands and come out all on his or her own.

You may also be able to have them page you when your child need to use the bathroom. Then all you have to do is go to the kids club and take your child to the bathroom. We did that with our daughter who is in a wheelchair.
