Recent beach reviews? Smiths Cove & Cemetery

Has anyone been to either of these beaches recently? How is the snorkeling?

We went to Cemetery last December. Took a public van for a couple $ @. The beach had a few trees for shade and about 30 people there. There are no amenities. The snorkeling wasn't as good as I had hoped. There are a few spots with fish but they were a long way from the beach.

 

We had a nice lazy day but when we go back we will take the Rays, Reef, and Rum Point Tour thru Nativeway or a similar tour thru Capt. Marvin.

We went to Smiths Cove in November '10 and it was much nicer/cleaner than the last time we were there. Beautiful little swimming hole with many locals. There were rudimentary restrooms but no other services.

We were at Smiths Cove in Jan. and the snorkling was cloudy, but it's a really nice little beach.
