cruise photos taken by cruise photographer

How do you find your picture in the walls of photos taken by the cruise photographer? Do you just have to look through all the photos to find yourself or do they scan your seapass every time they take your picture (like what they do at Disney World) so that your photos are in a certain spot?

Most of the time you have to just go to the boards and hunt them down. I have in the past on occasion been asked for my cabin number and been able to locate the images digitally via their machines.

Look at the signs posted with the photos. "Welcome aboard 11:00 -12:00, Main Seating _______ Dining Room, Stair Case Photo" you get picture, no pun intended, then you have to look thru what is on that particular wall. It will be confusing at first, but it will get a little easier.

 

At some point you will look at all of those photos and not recognize yourself!! LOL

we don't buy nearly as many as our first cruises. it used to be fun hunting them down now a nuisance.

Many of the newer ships have face recognition and you will find all your photos electronically grouped when you scan your seapass in the photo shop.

Yes, a waste of time to try and find them!!!! Then to find you have your eyes closed!

No longer get those photos. We don't bother to look any more. First couple of cruise's it was fun, now it is just a pain in the a$$ getting past them at the piers.

A few years ago someone at our dinner table gathered all of OUR PICTURES (about 25 of them) and put them in the order that she liked best. We had no idea. When we went to dinner that night we commented on how all of our pictures were together and they seemed to be in order from best to worst. She just smiled and said, "yes I did that."
