Best Dining room location on Eclipse

Please suggest the best dining room location for a group of 8 on the Eclipse.

As far as I know you don't get to choose the "best location" to be seated in the dining room. If you don't like what you're given you have the option of trying to change it once onboard.

Unless you are in Aqua Class, you will be scheduled to dine in the Main Dining Room (MDR) every night. You can request a table for 8, but cannot choose the table location.

 

If you have a set dining time, you will be assigned a set table. You can visit the MDR the afternoon that you board and find your table. If you aren't pleased with the location, you can request a change.

 

If you have Select Dining, you will sit at a different table each night - just like eating in a restaurant.
