Price Drop

Hey folks,

 

This is our first Princess cruise and we are so looking forward to it. We'll be sailing on the Crown, November 27th. We booked a BG guaranteed balcony cabin, and have gotten a great upgrade to a BA (cabin L310). I noticed this morning that the price for a BG cabin has dropped for our sailing. In your experienced opinion, is it worth it to contact Princess about the price drop and if we do, do we run the risk of losing the great stateroom we've been assigned? It's not a huge price difference (just over $100 total).

Since you have been upgraded from BG to BA, if you attempt to get the price drop, you will most likely loose your upgrade (they normally take it away from you) and go back into the guarantee pool (that is what happens after the price drops and you received an upgrade). It all depends on if you would like to keep that upgraded cabin or possibly end up in the BG you originally booked. Good Luck!
