Dock at 7 am - Get Off Ship at 7:30 am?

I don't see why not, if you're docking at 7. That would give the ship a full half hour to receive the necessary clearance from the port officials.

 

If it were Sorrento which is a tender port, that's a different story...

You might or might not. It depends on whether or not you actually are docked by 7. We have had cruises when we arrived late due to shipping traffic, weather etc. It also depends on how quickly local authorities clear the ship. Sometimes it is a short time, while other officials seem to take forever, delaying even ship's tours. You never know.
