Golden Pr. noise concern for Outside Cabin

I am planning an Alaska RT from Seattle. For budget reasons, it will have to be an outside or inside cabin.

I notice that most of the outside cabins are on Plaza or Emerald decks above and below the Promenade deck.

I am very sensitive to noise at night. Are there cabins that I should avoid?

If I have to get an inside cabin, what decks are the best for quiet?

If I were you I would chose an inside on decks 9, 10 or 11. In all of these you will have cabins below you and above you.
