sslkrissi Posted September 13, 2010 #1 Share Posted September 13, 2010 Hi all, I am heading to GC on a cruise in December with a group of 15 friends and family members. We have done the stingrays a few other times and are looking for something different this time. I have never been to the beaches in GC, so I have no idea where to begin my search. I would like a beach with a lively bar & atmosphere, music, chair rentals and jet skiis. Anyone have any recommendations? Thanks

TurtleTagger Posted September 13, 2010 #3 Share Posted September 13, 2010 Any one of the sections of Seven Mile Beach that cater to cruisers would suite your needs: Royal Palms Bar/Reef Grill Sea Grape/Public Beach/Calico Jacks Bar Tiki Beach Bar

Can you take a taxi and just relax or do you book it through them or Carnival???? I see Tiki beach and sea grape on carnival's excursion list but nothing else. goldies155 Posted September 19, 2010 #8 Share Posted September 19, 2010 Royal Palms on Seven Mile Beach! Check out the webcam - reefgrilldotcom. Great day! Take a taxi from the pier - lots of chairs, jetskis, snorkling, etc.
IndyGirl Posted September 19, 2010 #9 Share Posted September 19, 2010 the public beach is great. Restrooms, drinks, food, and one of the hotels wait staff will come around from time to time. Can rent chairs and umbrella's. There is a bus that will take you there, just tell the driver what you are looking for, the price was reasonable. Drink and food prices tend to be high in Georgetown. :)

bobmal99 Posted September 20, 2010 #11 Share Posted September 20, 2010 Has anyone ever booked a jet-ski/waverunner tour through ebanks water sports??? Two hour tour with a couple of choices. Most beaches let you ride around in a circle for anywhere between $75 & $100, for 30 minutes. This one takes you for a for a couple of miles ride with a few stops to choose from.. Check it out. Have just inquired about a tour on the Caymans for 2/11/11. http://www.ebankswatersports.com/thanks.htm
