The only one I recall reading about is the Pre-Columbian gold museum (closed that is), although that doesn't mean there aren't others..

November 11th is a national holiday in Colombia. The ship I will be cruising on will be there that day. Does anyone know what closures there will be and had this holiday will affect shore excursions? Thanks.

Mid November is a peak period for Cartagena as the city hosts the annual Ms Colombia Beauty Pageant. It is a major event with a great deal of national interest, though I don't think it is actually a holiday, per se. Usually the pageant itself is on or about November 11.

November 11, 1811 was the date that Cartagena declared independence from Spain. The official holiday will be on Monday the 15th to make a 3 day weekend.
