snorkeling with kids in Bermuda

We're cruising to Bermuda the last week in June. DH and I love to snorkel, but DDs are 9 and 5 (limited swimming ability, especially the 5-year old.) Is there anything to see close enough to any of the popular Bermuda beaches to warrant us giving snorkeling a try. We certainly plan to spend some time on the beach, so playing in the sand and water will be fine, but just wanted some opinions on the snorkeling.

yes you can do this at horseshoe beach on the right hand side. Also at Ft. St Catherines beach and Tobacco bay....
