rene194215 Posted September 17, 2010 #1 Share Posted September 17, 2010 So we have an overnight in Nassau and I was thinking of going to Atlantis to go to the Casino and the Aquarium... Not sure what time the Aquarium is open till... Does anyone one? Anyhow, I know there is a Casino at the Whyndam but which is nicer to see/explor at night? We are spending the day at the beach and then exploring downtown. Thanks!

scubagirrl Posted September 17, 2010 #4 Share Posted September 17, 2010 Are the Casinos open in Sept? the Casino at Atlantis is open year round. The Casino at the wyndham (crystal palace) is closed for the season and will reopen Oct 6th. Wyndham hotel is also closed for the season at this time. As for the Atlantis aquarium, it's open round the clock.. but it's only back lit at nite, so the tunnels are pretty dark. There's security at the top of the stairs until the dinner hour is over at the Cafe.. which is about 9pm.. after that, you can wander around on your own. It used to be that you could view the open windows all day for free, and walk thru after 6pm.. but that's no longer true.

I cant wait will I step foot in Nassau in 8 days!!!!!:D
BIG_Steve Posted September 20, 2010 #6 Share Posted September 20, 2010 If the weather is bad, or you don't want to leave the ship for some reason, the Carnival ships open their casinos in the evening while at the dock in Nassau.
